With more than 3,000 square feet of living space, Pony Express offers plenty of room to gather, reconnect, and enjoy the quiet beauty of the River Meadows community.
Large bay windows fill the main living area with natural light and frame beautiful views of the river. Settle into the comfortable seating, stream a favorite movie on the Smart TV, or warm up beside the gas fireplace after a day outdoors. The open layout connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area, making it easy for everyone to spend time together.

The fully equipped kitchen offers generous counter space, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and everything needed to prepare anything from a quick breakfast before heading out to a relaxed dinner at home. The main dining table seats up to eight with the Deschutes River providing a scenic backdrop for meals.
A second dining and activity area offers even more room to spread out. Complete with games, puzzles, and art supplies, this flexible space is perfect for crafts, game nights, additional dining, or quiet afternoons indoors.
Step outside to enjoy the riverfront setting from the back porch swing, prepare dinner on the propane grill, or gather around the fire pit as the evening settles in. The private covered hot tub provides a peaceful place to unwind in every season, while the front porch offers another inviting spot for morning coffee, a good book, or an evening glass of wine.

Pony Express sits along a popular stretch of the Deschutes River for paddleboarding, kayaking, and floating. A neighborhood boat ramp is located approximately 200 yards from the home, making it easy to begin or end a day on the water nearby. River conditions and water levels can change throughout the season, so guests should always check current conditions and use appropriate safety equipment.

Located about 10 minutes from Sunriver, Pony Express offers the peaceful setting of River Meadows while keeping shopping, dining, and recreation within easy reach. Browse the shops and restaurants at The Village at Sunriver, visit the Sunriver Nature Center & Observatory, explore the mile-long lava tube at Lava River Cave, or discover nearby trails, waterways, and other Central Oregon attractions.

During the warmer months, spend your days floating the river, exploring nearby bike paths, playing tennis or pickleball, or relaxing at the seasonal community pool. As the weather cools, enjoy colorful fall scenery, peaceful walks, snowy adventures, and cozy evenings beside the fireplace.
The home also includes games, puzzles, art supplies, children’s dishes, outdoor toys, a wagon, bicycles and helmets, and multiple activity spaces where guests can gather, play, or relax at their own pace.

When it is time to settle in for the night, guests can choose from five comfortable bedrooms. The entry-level primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, a spacious bedroom offers four twin beds, a Smart TV, and a private bathroom. The remaining bedrooms include a twin bunk bed with an additional twin bed, a queen bed, and a second king bed. A full hallway bathroom and cozy puzzle nook complete the second floor.
 
Bedrooms - After a long day biking the trails or exploring Central Oregon, guests will drift off to sleep in their choice of 5 comfortable bedrooms.
