Nestled amongst tall Ponderosa pines, this cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath Sunriver style cabin has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

When you first arrive, you will be greeted by a lovely front porch – an ideal spot to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee before the rest of the house begins to stir. The home is warm and inviting with lots of natural woodland light and wood accents. An open living concept plan offers plenty of comfortable seating for lounging in front of the wood-burning fireplace or the flat-screen TV (with Xbox!). Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen featuring a Keurig coffeemaker, a KitchenAid mixer, a granite breakfast bar, and a beautiful dining table.  

The large deck offers another place to gather with a BBQ, dining table and chairs, and a hot tub – perfect for soaking under the stars after a long day of exploring The Sunriver Village - just a short 1/2 mile away, hitting the mountain biking trails or endless paved biking trails, or playing a round of golf.  

When it’s time to retire for the evening, two cozy bedrooms await upstairs.

The home also comes with a sofa bed, washer and dryer, pack n play, booster chair, 6 SHARC passes.
Whether you prefer to venture out and play the day away or stay in to relax and enjoy all the comforts Deer 18 provides, we guarantee you will be delighted with your stay.

*Guests are advised that SHARC passes are subject to a meticulous inventory count prior to check-in and immediately after check-out.

Any discrepancy in the number of passes or the absence of any passes during the post-stay inventory will result in a charge of $100.00 per missing pass. This charge will be automatically applied to the payment method on file.

This is a dog friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay.  Dogs Only.  Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup.
Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.
