Conveniently located off circle 3 near the heart of Sunriver, you’re perfectly positioned close to the village,  marina, stables, nature center, and the popular SHARC Aquatic Center (six guest passes included), with miles of scenic bike and walking paths practically at your doorstep.

Step outside and discover two inviting outdoor spaces made for gathering and relaxing. The oversized, south-facing deck overlooks the 16th green and is ideal for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or stargazing in the crisp Central Oregon air. Enjoy outdoor dining, comfortable loungers, and a propane Bar-B-Q grill while your dog has supervised play on the adjacent lawn. A private, fenced patio with a fire table and seating creates the perfect setting for cozy evenings and a convenient storage area for bikes, skis, or kayaks.

Inside, the open living area welcomes you with a wood-burning river rock fireplace (wood provided), comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa, streaming TV, and a dedicated desk space for remote work. The dining table expands to seat eight and flows into a well-equipped kitchen. You’ll also find games and puzzles in the buffet for easy entertainment.

The spacious primary suite features a king bed, Roku TV, and private bath. The second bedroom includes a queen bed plus twin bunk beds; a full  bath is nearby in the hall. A washer and dryer, pack-n-play, and changing table are in the laundry room to help make traveling with little ones simpler.

With two dedicated parking spaces and a location close to everything Sunriver has to offer, Meadow House 70 is your comfortable home base for exploring, relaxing, and reconnecting.

*Guests are advised that SHARC passes are subject to a meticulous inventory count prior to check-in and immediately after check-out.

Any discrepancy in the number of passes or the absence of any passes during the post-stay inventory will result in a charge of $100.00 per missing pass. This charge will be automatically applied to the payment method on file.

*Dogs: Up to two dogs and 50 lbs. combined weight max, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2) per stay.  Dogs Only. If your dog is prone to anxiety or destructive behavior, we kindly ask you bring a crate or use the flex room for them when left alone.
 
Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles at this home. 
Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted here.
