The rest are on the lower level, along with a second full bonus room with leather sofas, a TV, fireplace, kitchenette, dining table, and video games. You’ll find it easy to tool around Sunriver on bikes to the loads of available activities (the home comes with 16 SHARC passes, as well as passes to tennis and pickleball courts, disc golf courses and the boat launch).
