The primary suite also features a sliding glass door that opens directly onto the deck, offering convenient access to the hot tub.

Looking for a little friendly competition? The spacious garage features a ping pong table and multiple bikes, making it easy to enjoy some indoor fun or head out to explore Sunriver's many scenic bike trails. With SHARC passes included, you can also enjoy the aquatic center's swimming pools, waterslides, and family-friendly amenities during your stay.

The four comfortable bedrooms provide plenty of room for families and groups to settle in and recharge. The primary suite features a king-size bed, TV, and private bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, TV, and its own private bathroom. The third bedroom is ideal for kids or additional guests, with a bunk bed featuring two full-size mattresses and a TV. The fourth bedroom offers another queen-size bed and a cozy space to unwind.

With everything conveniently located on one level, settling in and enjoying your stay is easy. Spend your days biking Sunriver's beautiful trails, enjoying the amenities at SHARC, and making memories together. Then return home to relax in the hot tub or gather around the fireplace for a cozy evening.

The home is conveniently located near SHARC, Sunriver Village, bike trails, and year-round activities, and includes 10 SHARC passes for access to pools and recreation.

Parking Instructions: 4 cars maximum. No Boats, RVs, etc. The Property is limited to a specific amount of off-street parking, as outlined in the Property description.
Maximum Occupancy of 10. The number of people (including children and infants) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.
This is a dog-friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay.  Dogs Only.  Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick up after your pup.

*Guests are advised that SHARC passes are subject to a meticulous inventory count prior to check-in and immediately after check-out.

Any discrepancy in the number of passes or the absence of any passes during the post-stay inventory will result in a charge of $100.00 per missing pass. This charge will be automatically applied to the payment method on file.
